4 weeks out of communication with all vendors to ensure we are across the requirements of your day.
1 Pre-wedding meeting to discuss your days requirements.
1 site visit
Unlimited phone and email contact leading up to your wedding day to discuss any concerns you may have.
Discuss timeline creation to ensure your event goes without a hitch from start to finish and to maximise time
Set up all your wedding decor and styling – think candles, bonbonnieres, name tags, signage, and guest book. Anything outside this scope may incur fees.
Set up + pack up within 25km from Thornbury. Additional travel fee for distances > 25km
